When Heaven Opens captures a fleeting moment as sunlight breaks through a gathering sky, sending rays of light through the darkness below. The contrast between shadow and illumination transforms an ordinary moment in the sky into something that feels almost otherworldly.

An original photograph from the Solar Garden collection, this image preserves a moment that existed only briefly and can never be recreated exactly the same way again.

To preserve the individuality of the artwork, each canvas size is released as a limited edition. Larger editions become increasingly rare, culminating in a single 60 × 40 Statement Edition. Once an edition sells out, that size will not be reproduced.
