At 5DollarBookStore, we offer both physical books and digital products (eBooks, downloads, guides). Our return policy is designed to be clear and fair, while protecting both our customers and our authors.

📚 DIGITAL PRODUCTS (EBOOKS & DOWNLOADS)

All digital product sales are final.

Because digital files cannot be returned or revoked once delivered, we do not offer refunds on:

eBooks
Digital guides
PDFs
Any downloadable product

If you experience problems accessing your download, duplicate charges, or receive the wrong file, please contact us at:

📦 PHYSICAL BOOKS (PRINTED COPIES)

Eligible for Return or Refund

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your physical book only if:

The item arrived damaged,
The item is defective,
You received the wrong item,
Or the item was lost during shipping (after carrier confirmation).

Not Eligible

We cannot accept returns for:

Books that have been read or used
Items not in their original condition
Items returned without contacting us first
Sale or clearance items

If your return is approved, we will send instructions on where to mail the book.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
